Cancellation by the Customer:
- Before 24 Hours of Service: Full refund of the booking amount.
- Within 24 Hours of Service: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- Within 2 Hours of Service or No Show: No refund will be provided.
Cancellation by Shriji Taxi Service:
- If a booking is canceled by us due to unavoidable circumstances, you will receive a full refund, or we will arrange an alternative ride at no additional cost.
2. Delayed Service
- If a service is delayed due to reasons under our control, we will either provide an alternate vehicle or process a partial refund based on the delay duration.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, digital wallet, bank account).
4. Non-Refundable Cases
